You order at the register, grab a number from your cashier and wait for them to call you. The atmosphere is very casual and the large windows add so much light to the room. It's bright and friendly. There are some moveable tables and chairs so you can make your own larger or smaller tables. So, great for groups! I really liked this burger and the fries tasted good. The service is also friendly. It's a relaxing atmosphere with quick eats and a variety of meal choices.
1st time! It definitely won't be our last! We dropped in and were totally surprised. Great Customer Service! Extremely Clean! Great Food! We were immediately greeted and given suggestions since we were obviously newbies. The cook shared the ingredients to help make our choices easier. The food was freshly prepared quickly. We shared the Friday special, 3 piece catfish and a cheeseburger. All the food was received fresh and well seasoned. The dining area provided nice open seating. The atmosphere had that "old school" feel. The menu is huge and is sure to include something for everyone. We plan to return real soon!

I've been here twice in the last month & each time my food was delicious. I love how the fried catfish is seasoned as it's not salty so when I add condiments like hot sauce, I don't feel like I'm going the have a stroke. I love, love, love their hushpuppies! Best I've ever had anywhere! Homemade fries are always limp so I appreciate the texture & flavor of there's. If you want crispy, stiff, prefrozen fries...ie...not fresh, don't order these fries. I have had to wait 10 minutes or so for my order each time but my food has also been freshly cooked. No complaints!
I have always detoured long trips through any town that has a flying burger. I was headed to Carthage and sure it isn't at all near but it was definitely worth the massive detour. This the Longview location was equally as amazing. From the cashier who was super friendly and helped me pay for my mom's lunch, to the steady cleaning that was in progress as the tables that felt like a small diner for how fast people were coming in. Always will stop in!
